Logistics :
Our crop cultivation is within a range of 50kms - 300 kms of the factory, giving us a shortest lead time to process the produce.
Each vehicle is thoroughly checked for cleanliness, chemicals , open glass etc., before loading.
Agriculture produce is transported efficiently with minimal damage, to retain it's freshness.
Quality Process :
Bi-annual testing of crops, for pesticide & heavy metal residues from External NABL laboratory.
Dedicated Agri extension team, monitors the usage of pesticide & fertilizer application.
Stringent physical checks of the vehicles transporting the agriculture produce to the factory.
Quality checks of the crop received from the farm, is performed and recorded at the factory.
Systems are developed to control fruit fly & borer which are major threat to gherkin crops.
Periodical training to farmers and farm hands on personal hygiene , harvesting & post harvesting requirements.
